Regional Offices

FIBA has five regional offices located across the globe. Each office is responsible for managing basketball activities and governance within its respective region and provide direct services to it's National Federation members.

Empower National Federations

Aimed at strengthening and expanding the capacity of National Federations by building professional capabilities, designing grassroots programs, elevating the game, developing future talent, professionalizing national team structures, and enhancing event capacity.

Women in Basketball

Focused on increasing female participation in basketball, developing female coaches and officials, enhancing women's competitions, expanding the fan base, and promoting gender diversity within FIBA and National Federations.

Shape International Club Competitions

We aim to shape international club competitions by offering a clear competition format and qualification process, promoting FIBA’s model based on sporting criteria, optimizing synergies within the FIBA Family, and achieving financial sustainability.
