    FIBA Africa is committed to nurturing the next generation of basketball talent. Through various youth development programs, we provide opportunities for young athletes to learn from experienced coaches, compete at a high level, and develop essential life skills. Our programs focus on technical training, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

    FIBA 3x3 Africa Elite Camp

    3x3 basketball offers small nations a unique opportunity to compete with the rest of the world. By participating in the FIBA 3x3 High Performance Development Programme, athletes can hone their skills, gain valuable experience and position themselves for future international success.

    FIBA Africa Regional Youth Camp

    This training programme focuses on improving participants' individual and collective skills, while promoting essential values such as team spirit, effort and commitment.

    National Youth Camp

    In a bid to strengthen the development of basketball on the continent, FIBA Africa has launched a series of ‘FIBA National Youth Camps’. Guinea and Mauritius were the inaugural hosts of these camps, launching a programme designed to discover new talent and foster the growth of local players and coaches.

    Mini-Basketball

    With the fundamental aims of training coaches, promoting mini basketball in Africa and creating a positive and lasting experience for the young participants to keep them in the basketball community, this programme guarantees an exciting and engaging journey.
