    FIBA agrees to exclusive broadcast deal in Denmark with SPORT LIVE

    The agreement is primed to deepen the reach of FIBA basketball across the country.

    MIES (Switzerland) - FIBA has granted SPORT LIVE the exclusive broadcast rights in Denmark for the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Qualifiers.

    Established in 2019 as part of F3 Media Group A/S, which has over 15 years of experience in sports marketing in the Danish market, SPORT LIVE provides extensive coverage of various sports.

    Now, they will provide an exciting opportunity for basketball fans to follow national team games, both home and away, as Denmark starts the 'Road to Qatar' in pursuit of a coveted spot at the prestigious FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 in Doha.

    Having already successfully navigated the Pre-Qualifiers, there are six exciting matchups lying in wait for Denmark across the first three dedicated FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Qualifiers windows during November 2025, February-March 2026 and July 2026.

    Drawn in Group A, Denmark will tip-off their campaign at home on November 27 against a powerhouse opponent in the shape of Spain.

    In a deal that was negotiated by FIBA Media, the strategic partnership between FIBA and DAZN, SPORT LIVE will be the host broadcaster for all Denmark home games, with the agreement also expected to help broaden the reach of the sport in the country.
