    BERLIN (Germany) - The rosters of the 16 participating teams are confirmed ahead of the start of the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026.

    The sixteen teams will be divided into four groups of four. At the end of the Group Phase, the team finishing first in each group will qualify directly for the Quarter-Finals.

    The teams finishing second and third in each group will advance to a Qualification to Quarter-Finals round, which will be played in a single-game elimination format. The matchups will be cross-group fixtures, with teams from Groups A and B facing one another, and teams from Groups C and D meeting in the other bracket.

    The winners of these qualification games will advance to the Quarter-Finals, where they will face the respective group winners.
