MUNICH (Germany) - An exciting new docuseries following last season's EuroLeague Women campaign is set for release.
The series consists of five episodes and will be premiered on the EuroLeague Women YouTube channel, with one episode per day released at 12:00 CET from April 6-10.
'More than a League' focuses on the stories behind the scenes of women's top basketball competition in Europe with unprecedented access to the sport's biggest stars - featuring Emma Meesseman, Alba Torrens, Gabby Williams, and many more.
An AN Sports + Media production, the series captures the heart of the league through its players and clubs with a unique insight into preparations on and off the court.
The camera crew made visits to Prague (Czechia); Schio (Italy); Valencia and Zaragoza (Spain) as well as Istanbul (Türkiye) during the 2024-25 campaign, as the top clubs battled it out on the road to the inaugural Final Six in a bid to become EuroLeague Women champions.
It makes for a must-watch series, and perfectly builds the anticipation ahead of this season's Final Six in Zaragoza, Spain, which gets underway on April 15.
