    ZARAGOZA (Spain) - Fenerbahce Opet are back on top of Europe after reclaiming the EuroLeague Women crown at the 2026 Final Six in Zaragoza, Spain.

    The 2023 and 2024 champions celebrated their third triumph by defeating archrivals Galatasaray Cagdas Faktoring 68-55 in Sunday's Final at the Pabellon Principe Felipe.

    Fenerbahce's floor general Julie Allemand was named Final Six MVP, presented by Azulmarino after putting up a near triple-double of 13 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists. Across the two games, she averaged an efficiency 22.0 after recording 12.5 points, 7.0 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per outing.

    Meanwhile, her teammate Emma Meesseman further cemented her status as a EuroLeague Women legend by claiming her seventh title - the most by any player in the modern era of the competition.

    Earlier in the day, Final Six hosts Casademont Zaragoza made history after claiming their first-ever podium finish after defeating Spar Girona 66-63 in the Third-Place Game.

    The Final Six All-Star Five, presented by Iberia, was headlined by Fenerbahce duo Julie Allemand and Emma Meesseman, alongside Elizabeth Williams of runners-up Galatasaray, Merritt Hempe of Zaragoza and Klara Holm of Spar Girona.
