FIBA STAFF ACADEMY
The FIBA Staff Academy offers a series of engaging, e-learning training courses that are designed to empower and enable our employees to thrive during their development journey. With courses focused on topics such as innovation, communication, agile methodologies, and leadership from top-notch certifying universities, we provide our employees with a solid foundation training course that will allow them to shine and grow in the long run.
FIBA STAFF ON EVENT PROGRAM
To promote knowledge sharing, team development, and a better understanding of everybody’s role in the organization, we have created the FIBA Staff on Event Program. This program allows our employees, generally not involved in the delivery of events, to actively participate in our competitions, providing them with an onsite experience and of what it takes to run a high-level competition.
FIBA VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM
This program allows our employees to volunteer abroad for missions or projects the FIBA Foundation organizes. The Staff Volunteering Program is designed to enhance our community engagement and enrich our employee's experience at work, providing them the opportunities for personal growth but also allowing them to build lasting connections while having a positive impact in our community, supporting causes that matter to us and reflect our values as an organization.
FIBA STAFF EXCHANGES
To create an organization that allows for more collaboration and cultural enrichment, FIBA has created a Staff Exchange Program, which allows employees to benefit from an international experience in one of our different Reginal offices worldwide. The purpose of this program is to enhance professional skills and broaden perspectives by experiencing different approaches, best practices, and collective awareness while at the same time fostering strong relationships and communication across teams, promoting a more unified and effective organization.
