    MENS – AMERICUP CYCLE

    FIBA AmeriCup Qualifiers (Men)

    The FIBA AmeriCup Qualifiers bring together national teams from across the Americas in an 18-month journey to secure a spot in the FIBA AmeriCup. With 16 teams divided into four groups, the competition is fierce, as the top three from each group advance to the AmeriCup.

    The FIBA Central American Women’s Championship is the premier event for women’s basketball in Central America. Held every two years, this competition qualifies three teams to the FIBA Centrobasket Women’s Championship.

    The FIBA Caribbean Women’s Championship is the leading event for women’s basketball in the Caribbean. Taking place every two years, this tournament qualifies three teams for the FIBA Centrobasket Women’s Championship.

    The FIBA Centrobasket Women’s Championship is the premier women’s basketball competition in Central America and the Caribbean. Held every two years, it qualifies four teams from the CONCECABA Sub-Zone into the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup, pushing their top talent into a continental spotlight.

    The FIBA South American Women’s Championship is the region’s top competition and serves as the South American qualifier for the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup. Held every two years, the tournament qualifies four teams from the CONSUBASQUET Sub-Zone into the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup, showcasing their best talent in the continental spotlight.

Held every two years, this event also acts as a qualifier for both the FIBA Women’s World Cup and the Olympic Games.
