THE WORLD ASSOCIATION OF BASKETBALL COACHES (WABC)
The World Association of Basketball Coaches (WABC) aims to enhance the game's quality by improving the skills of those who teach it.
The primary focus of WABC involves the global development of basketball coaches. This includes organizing coaching clinics around the world, creating coaching resources in multiple languages and establishing a worldwide community of high-level coaches.
The purpose of this community is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and provide a platform for the ongoing growth of basketball coaches.
Additionally, WABC actively contributes to the FIBA Technical Commission by offering insights and recommendations on playing and coaching standards.
The WABC Advisory Committee, consisting of current or former National or Head Coaches with international coaching experience, plays a crucial role in this regard.
All activities of WABC are officially endorsed and organized by FIBA as the international governing body for basketball.
