The American-North Macedonian Player, Darius Myron Washington Jr., filed a claim against the Kosovan Club, KB Peja for unpaid salaries and bonus. The Claimant argued that he was not paid his full salary and bonus as per the employment contract despite having fulfilled all the obligations under the contract. The Respondent disputed the version of the employment contract relied on by the Claimant and acknowledged a debt to the Claimant but not the amount claimed by him. The claim was partially upheld.

The Hungarian Club, Kosarlabda Sport Club Szekszard, filed a claim against the Hungarian Player, Livia Gereben, for unpaid compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Turkish-Montenegrin Agent, Hüseyin Ulas Sag, filed a claim against the Turkish Club, Galatasaray Spor Kulubu Dernegi, for unpaid agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator

The Montenegrin Player, Vladimir Dragicevic, the Serbian Agent, Jovan Brstina, and the Montenegrin Agent, Ivan Martinovic, filed claims against the Greek Club, Aris BC Thessaloniki, for unpaid salaries, unpaid agent fees, penalties and interest. The Claimants argued that the Respondent failed to pay the Player’s salaries as well as the agent fees, which were acknowledged by the Club in the Acknowledgement of Debt-Private Agreements, within deadline contained in those agreements and as such, the Claimants were entitled to all outstanding amounts, penalties and interest. The Respondent did not participate in the proceedings. The claim was partially upheld.

The Andorran Agency, Regeneracom Sports SLU, filed a claim against the Turkish Club, Galatasaray Spor Kulübü Derneği, for unpaid agency fee and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Spanish Agency, U1st Sports Basket España, S.L., filed a claim against the Belgian Player, Emmanuel “Manu” Lecomte, for unpaid agency fee. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Andorran Agency, Regeneracom Sports s.l.u., filed a claim against the Polish Club, Klub Sportowy Basket 25 Ekstraklasa Spolka ZOO, for unpaid agency fee and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Bulgarian Club, Basketball Club Beroe, filed a claim against the American Player, Cornelius Lamonte Hudson, for compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Serbian Player, Predrag Samardziski, filed a claim against the North Macedonian Club, BC Euronikel 2005 AD, for unpaid compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The American Agent, Orlando J. Castaño Jr., filed a claim against the Hungarian Club, Kosarlabda BKG Prima Akademia, for unpaid agent fee, penalty and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
