The Lithuanian Player, Arnoldas Kulboka, and the French Agency, Wasserman France, filed claims against the Ukrainian Club, Limited Liability Company “Sports club Prometey”, for unpaid salaries, reimbursement for medical expenses, unpaid agency fees, interest and issuance of a tax certificate. The Claimants argued that the Agreement was rightfully terminated as the Respondent failed to pay the Player’s salary and the agency fee, consequently all amounts owed under the Agreement became due immediately. The Respondent did not participate in the proceedings. The claims were partially upheld.

The Spanish Club, Gernika Kirol Elkartea Saski Baloi, filed a claim against the American Player, Taylor Mikesell, and the American Agency, the Fam Sports Agency, for compensation for breach of contract and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Turkish-Montenegrin Agent, Hüseyin Ulas Sag, filed a claim against the Turkish Club, Galatasaray Spor Kulubu Dernegi, for unpaid agent fees and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator

The Bulgarian Club, Basketball Club Beroe, filed a claim against the American Player, Cornelius Lamonte Hudson, for compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Hungarian Club, Kosarlabda Sport Club Szekszard, filed a claim against the Hungarian Player, Livia Gereben, for unpaid compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Andorran Agency, Regeneracom Sports s.l.u., filed a claim against the Polish Club, Klub Sportowy Basket 25 Ekstraklasa Spolka ZOO, for unpaid agency fee and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Serbian Player, Predrag Samardziski, filed a claim against the North Macedonian Club, BC Euronikel 2005 AD, for unpaid compensation and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The American Agent, Orlando J. Castaño Jr., filed a claim against the Hungarian Club, Kosarlabda BKG Prima Akademia, for unpaid agent fee, penalty and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Italian Agency, Sigma S.R.L., filed a claim against the Russian Club, Association “Professional Basketball Club Lokomotiv-Kuban”, for unpaid agency fee and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.

The Montenegrin Player, Milica Javanovic, filed a claim against the Turkish Club, Izmit Belediyespor Gençlik Kulübü Derneği, for unpaid salary, penalty and interest. In accordance with Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
